Hospitality · Spa & Wellness · Custom Amenity Packaging
Seren Spa, the wellness retreat inside a boutique hotel, wanted every guest touchpoint—down to the snack jar on the treatment-room shelf—to feel like an extension of the brand.
The Challenge
Seren Spa had a beautifully developed identity—a soft sun-and-leaf mark, a warm neutral palette, a calm, editorial tone—but it lived almost entirely on their website and signage. The little moments of the guest journey, like the wellness snacks left out during a treatment, were still arriving in generic, unbranded packaging. It was a quiet gap in an otherwise considered experience, and one their guests would notice even if they couldn't name it.
The Approach
The Amenity Edit took Seren Spa's existing brand system and adapted it into a small food-safe packaging suite: labeled glass jars for their antioxidant fruit-and-nut mix and dried apricots, sized to sit naturally on a spa shelf. We carried the sunrise mark, serif wordmark, and warm cream-and-terracotta palette straight from the brand guide onto the label, so the product reads as an extension of the spa itself rather than an add-on.
The Outcome
The jars now sit alongside the towels and eucalyptus in the treatment room as a deliberate, styled moment—not an afterthought. Guests get a consistent brand impression from check-in to check-out, and Seren Spa gained a reusable packaging system it can apply to future amenities without starting from scratch.
“We wanted guests to feel the Seren Spa world in every detail, not just the parts we could put a logo on. The Amenity Edit understood that immediately.”

Design Details That Carry the Brand Through
Every label element was pulled directly from Seren Spa's identity rather than reinterpreted: the sunrise-and-leaf mark sized down to sit cleanly on a curved jar face, the same serif wordmark used across their signage, and product names set in the brand's supporting sans for easy scanning at a glance.
The palette was matched to the spa's existing materials—cream, sage, and a warm terracotta accent—so the jars feel coordinated with the towels, ceramics, and greenery already styling the space, rather than competing with them.
What Changed
- Cohesive guest journey — branding now carries from the spa's front-of-house materials all the way to the small, tactile details guests interact with during treatments.
- Elevated perceived value — custom-labeled jars read as a curated amenity rather than a stocked snack, reinforcing Seren Spa's premium positioning within the hotel.
- A repeatable system — with label templates and production specs in place, Seren Spa can extend the same look to future amenities without a new design cycle each time.
